Choice of salad
Tega Hills Mixed Greens Salad
Pistachio tuile and goat cheese boursin, roasted tomatoes
and a Banyuls vinaigrette.

Mediterranean Salad
Chopped romaine and crisp vegetables with olives, peppadew
peppers and quail eggs. Tossed with a creamy lemon parmesan
dressing and served with crisp herb lavash.

Choice of main course
Niman Ranch Pork Milanese
Crisp sautéed pork and heirloom tomato slices with white wine and garlic topped with
a micro arugula salad and a pomegranate molasses.

Oven Roasted Ashley Farms Chicken
Glazed with orange blossom honey over Bellavitano cheese polenta with haricot verts and a light jus.

Mushroom Bolognese
Mixed chopped forest mushrooms slow-cooked with diced vegetables
and tomatoes over parppardelle pasta.
